RFR employs a philosophy of high style and stellar performance across a portfolio of primarily German Class A office, retail and hotel assets.
As an American company with European roots, RFR employs the same philosophy of high style and stellar performance with a full-service platform (property management, leasing, finance and asset management) across a portfolio of primarily German Class A office, retail and hotel assets in the leading markets of Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. RFR Founders Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs are each sons of German real estate families, and many of their relationships extend as far back as 50 years. Through its fully owned subsidiary and affiliate company, RFR Management GmbH, RFR invests and manages some of the following properties in Germany: the city of Frankfurt’s 40-story Eurotower net leased to the European Central Bank; Kaufmannshaus, a six-story landmark office and retail property; European Central Bank’s headquarters; and the thoroughly modern, award-winning, art-themed, 117-key Roomers Hotel. In Munich, RFR’s 35-building Siemens Complex is net leased to Siemens AG. The eight-story Alsterakaden in Hamburg is a landmark retail and office building. And in Berlin, Kurfuerstendamm 224 is a six-story office and retail property centrally located along a world-famous shopping boulevard.
