The team continually evaluates its real estate and implements proven efforts to maximize investment performance.  Asset Managers communicate regularly with the operations and onsite teams in order properly navigate each property through different conditions and challenges as they surface.  They also analyze market data and values, while keeping a constant eye each property’s specific financial condition. 

Through each investment process phase, RFR seeks to identify multiple holding and exit strategies that provide maximum returns. Possible exit strategies for debt and equity investments may include private sales, public market sales or refinancing following property improvement strategies.
