RFR’s Real Estate Operations group is a diverse team of real estate professionals with extensive experience in leasing, property management, accounting, sales and construction management.
The Principals, assisted by senior leasing and property management professionals, develop and execute specific management programs designed to maximize revenues, minimize expenses and drive the value of each asset. In addition to the leasing and property management teams, the Company is more broadly supported by its accounting group in Stamford, Connecticut, dedicated to bookkeeping, budgeting and forecasting. Finally, RFR employs a construction management group that oversees projects ranging from tenant work in office buildings to large-scale renovations.
RFR’s utilizes industry best practices and procedures to optimally manage each of its properties. Further efficiencies are realized by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies (such as building management systems and software, web-based management of maintenance work flow, and advanced security systems) to reduce utility costs and wasteful expenditures. RFR focuses on driving revenues by consistently providing excellent tenant services and amenities, aggressively managing space configuration and rents, and maximizing other income-generating opportunities, such as leasing rooftop areas, selling signage and naming rights. RFR believes its “Curatorial Approach” complements its focus on such tangible economic drivers by enhancing its ability to attract and retain tenants.
