11 Bond Street

11 Bond Street is a restored 5-story building on the corner of Bond Street and Lafayette, one of the most prominent corners of NoHo. Built as NYC’s first equestrian hospital in 1914, this landmarked building was restored and structurally redeveloped to accommodate retail and office tenants.

The retail space at 11 Bond Street is on a highly coveted corner with over 100 feet of frontage of Lafayette Street and around 32 feet of frontage on Bond Street. Located in NoHo, one of the most expensive and desirable Manhattan neighborhoods, this building has 16,410 square feet of space with four stories, a roof terrace and a basement. This is an ideal space for the headquarters of a retail fashion house or a single high-end tenant.

11 Bond Street is ideally situated with close proximity to the NYU main campus, Astor Place transportation, Greenwich Village and the famous SoHo shopping district. Near by are some of the city’s finest restaurants and bars, chicest hotels, and trendiest luxury fashion retailers.
