Founded by Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs in the early 1990s, the firm is vertically integrated with over 180 employees across acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, leasing, marketing & design, construction, development, property management, accounting, and reporting.

With deep experience in all phases of the property life cycle, RFR has a proven track record of acquiring and improving architecturally significant properties, adding significant value through property-level repositioning and hands-on asset management and leasing.

Today, RFR is known throughout the real estate industry as an all-encompassing real estate developer, owner, operator, and sponsor with deep experience in all phases of property life cycles. With over 100 properties consisting of office, residential, hotel and retail buildings, RFR continues to acquire and reposition high quality assets as well as develop new architecturally distinctive buildings from ground up.

RFR US, led by Aby Rosen, Gaby Rosen, and Charlie Rosen, serves as the firm’s United States operating platform, overseeing development, ownership, and operations across key U.S. markets.
