In partnership with Tristar Capital, RFR acquired an underperforming 500,000-square-foot retail complex on the Las Vegas Strip and executed a comprehensive repositioning. Through a full-scale redevelopment, strategic rebranding, and a curated merchandising program, the property was reintroduced as Miracle Mile Shops—now among the most highly trafficked and successful retail destinations in the United States.
