W South Beach

Developed by RFR in partnership with Tricap, W South Beach is a ground-up luxury condo-hotel that helped redefine Miami Beach’s hospitality landscape. Acquired in 2004, the 3.5-acre site was transformed into a 20-story, 750,000-square-foot destination, completed in 2009, combining hotel accommodations with branded residential units.

Designed by Kondylis & Partners, the project sits at the center of Miami’s cultural and hospitality resurgence, underscoring RFR’s role in delivering large-scale, design-driven destinations that merge luxury hospitality, branded residences, and experiential programming.
