281 Park Avenue South

Located at the southeast corner of Park Avenue South and East 22nd Street in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood, 281 Park Avenue South is a distinguished six-story Beaux-Arts landmark built in 1894.  Originally known as the Church Missions House and designed by architects Robert W. Gibson and Edward J. Neville Stent, the building features high ceilings and an elegant granite and limestone façade. Designated a New York City Landmark in 1979 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, 281 Park Avenue South offers distinctive, character-filled office and commercial space in one of Manhattan’s most storied locations.
