40 Bond Street
40 Bond Street is a landmark luxury residential building in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood, developed by visionary hotelier Ian Schrager in collaboration with RFR. Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, with Handel Architects as architect of record, the 11-story condominium redefines downtown living through a bold, sculptural design. Completed in 2007, the building is distinguished by its iconic graffiti-inspired cast aluminum façade and luminous green-tinted glass and metal exterior—establishing it as one of New York City’s most influential and recognizable examples of contemporary residential architecture
