Jaffa Hotel

Developed by RFR, The Jaffa is a landmark adaptive reuse project in Tel Aviv’s historic port district, set within a restored 19th-century monastery and hospital layered with centuries of history. Led by Aby Rosen and designed by John Pawson, the decade-plus development carefully navigated extensive preservation and archaeological work to transform the site into a luxury hotel and branded residences—seamlessly integrating historic architecture with a contemporary new-build and embodying RFR’s design-driven approach to culturally significant destinations.
